About Meg
Exhausted from traveling every week as a Business Management Consultant early in my career, I took a year off in 2012 to travel at my own pace. I am a high-energy girl that loves being active, eating food, drinking wine, and exploring the world with my partner-in-crime (and husband), Tony! I now reside in Portland, Oregon and continue to write about travel, food, wine, and the awesome adventures we have in the Pacific NW!
Thank you SO much for the mention on an important blog post of mine! I appreciate it greatly! I’m doing much better, thanks.
Glad to hear Kate! I was surprised to hear that your travel insurance wouldn’t cover your lost items unless you had receipts…That is one thing Tony and I will keep in mind when we begin buying things for our trip.
Many thanks for the mention, link…and for letting me on to the fact that the Basilica Cistern was on The Bachelorette 😉
You’re welcome! Did you find Istanbul affordable? We would love to travel there but want to keep within our budget…Any advice is greatly appreciated!!
Cheers for the link, and sorry my spider photos scared you… they scared me, too!
That thing was enormous!! But I am sure Australia is well worth the spiders that come with it!
In fact when someone doesn’t know afterward its
up to other people that they will help, so here it takes place.
